Brother Herb Johnson and I are going to Honduras on the 14th of April and we are looking for some musical instruments to take with us.  A music ministry at a church in San Pedro Sula needs our help finding instruments to use in a children’s music outreach. They will be taking instruments out into the community and teaching children music and the Gospel in various places around Honduras. It is very difficult to find instruments in their area so we are doing our best to help them. We will need all donated instruments to be able to fit into a duffle bag. Things like flutes, clarinets, maracas, trumpets and small rhythm instruments would be ideal.  We will need these items by April 5th in order to prepare for our departure on the 14th of April. Beginning in Spring 2012, Pathway Press made a new curriculum available to our churches.  David C. Cook is advertising a 25% discount on its curriculum for the first quarter to try to maintain the business it has had with the Church of God for years.  However, it is important to note that Cook’s curriculum is now not being edited to align with Church of God doctrine.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CREDIT: Must have an Undergraduate Degree, or be at least35 years old or have 15 years of ministerial experience to receive credit.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR NO CREDIT: The class can also be taken for personal enrichment for no credit.
